The Diamond D2 is the ultimate combination of simplicity and performance for the aggressive rider. With the same precision-designed chassis and 35mm stanchions as the D1 model, the Diamond D2 is a 140mm to 170mm aggressive trail weapon with condensed features. Four clicks of low-speed compression give quick access to firming up the fork for pedaling, opening up for descending, and mid-settings for everything in between. Externally adjustable rebound keeps for fork ready for what’s next. The internal 3-position OTT “Off The Top” adjusts the initial stroke. Our D2 product line is aimed at the “set it and forget it” rider. How can we make a fork flex equally as one unit? How can we achieve unreal steering precision without the harshness or deflection? How can we control the fore and aft flex issues the added weight of an e-bike puts on a fork? Questions like these were the foundation, the bones of this concept. After years of engineering, different thinking, and countless hours testing, we nailed it. The final result wasn’t only a fork that met all the requirements and needs of a modern, aggressive E-bike, but it directly translated to a regular bike. This initial damping support without any high-speed harshness paired with a 30% increased volume in the Compression Bladder System results in increased small bump sensitivity and damping consistency - High flow linear rebound update increases response without a loss of control or damping - A purpose-built crown increases drop for extra down tube clearance and features a dual hollow bore design with strategically varied wall-thickness for improved stiffness and strength
